Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record
Auripath uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. This means your purchase is completed through Paddle at checkout and refunds are processed by Paddle. Your payment may appear as “Paddle” or “PADDLE.NET” on your statement and receipts.
2. Refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
3. Consumer right to cancel (14 day window)
If you are a Consumer (purchasing mainly for personal use), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after the purchase is completed.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the 14 day period expires.
4. Effect of cancellation and reimbursement
If you cancel within the 14 day period (and the digital content exception below does not apply), Paddle will reimburse the payments you made.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Paddle is informed about your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
5. Digital content exception
Your Consumer right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content once you have started to download, stream, access, or otherwise acquire it. Where this applies, by accessing the Service immediately you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you may lose your right to cancel once the delivery or transmission of the digital content has begun.
6. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your right to cancel as a Consumer is only present following the initial subscription purchase and not upon each automatic renewal.

8. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to services or digital content which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
