Refund Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains when refunds or service credits are available for purchases of Auripath subscriptions and services. It applies to customers worldwide and should be read with our Terms of Service.
2. Cancellations and renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals only.
- We do not provide refunds for elapsed billing periods after a charge has been made, except as set out below or where required by law.
3. Trials and promotions
- If a trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Promotional credits and free minutes are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
4. When refunds are provided
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: charged twice for the same period or charged in error. We issue a full refund of the incorrect charge.
- Accidental renewal with no use: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 3 days of the renewal and confirm there was no use after the renewal date. We may provide a goodwill refund at our discretion.
- Where required by law: if applicable consumer or other laws give you a mandatory right to a refund, we will honor that right.
5. Service issues and credits
If a material, verified outage or defect on our side prevents normal use, we may provide a service credit for a future period. Service credits are not cash refunds.
6. When refunds are not available
- Change of mind or preference where the Service functioned as described.
- Significant use after the billing date.
- Repeated or abusive refund requests.
7. How to request a refund or credit
Email [email protected] with your order email, order number, date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
8. Method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and your bank. We will confirm once a refund or credit has been applied.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact support first so we can help quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We will provide evidence to payment partners if a chargeback is filed.
10. Local consumer rights
Auripath is designed for business users. If you purchase as a consumer, you may have specific rights under the laws where you live. Those rights apply in addition to this policy. If you start using the Service immediately after purchase, you may agree that delivery begins right away and some cancellation rights can be affected by that use, as allowed by local law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
