When engagement_level is Hot, or a lead reaches 75% and clicks a CTA, create a HubSpot task with the document title, listen depth, CTA clicks and recent activity.

When cta_clicks is greater than zero, send a Slack alert with the lead email, document title, source URL, total listen time and recent events.

When completed_listens is one or more, add a CRM note with the document title, max progress, total listen time and last activity date.
