Hot listener to CRM task

When engagement_level is Hot, or a lead reaches 75% and clicks a CTA, create a CRM task with the document title, listen depth, CTA clicks and recent activity.

When cta_clicks is greater than zero, send a Slack or email alert with the lead email, document title, source URL, total listen time and recent events.
