Last updated: 24 October 2025
1. What Auripath Is
Auripath is software that helps you turn your own written content into audio and publish it with an embeddable player, optional email gate, cover artwork, and basic analytics (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Using the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may update or improve features. If we make a material change, we will post an update to this page.
3. Your Content
You can upload or paste text and related materials (“Content”). You must own the Content or have permission to use it. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates someone’s privacy or publicity rights.
4. Acceptable Use
- No voice impersonations or use of another person’s likeness or voice without clear, explicit consent.
- No attempts to upload or distribute malware, spam, or content that is illegal where you live.
- No activity that tries to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
5. License You Grant To Us
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your Content only to operate the Service, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. You keep ownership of your Content.
6. Plans, Billing, and Taxes
Prices, limits, and features are shown in the app or at checkout. If you choose a paid plan you authorize us and our third party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Any taxes required by law may be charged at checkout.
7. Trials, Cancellations, and Downgrades
- If a trial is offered it will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can cancel at any time in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid term.
- Downgrading may reduce or remove features and limits. It is your responsibility to export any data you need before downgrading or closing your account.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
10. Intellectual Property
We own the Service and all related software, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except where the law allows despite this limitation.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make promises about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Service will meet your needs without interruption or errors.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, costs, and liabilities that arise from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the Service. You can close your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights where you live.
